Soft washing has big advantage when we deal with render, plaster or any other delicate surface cause as it prevents damaging of those surfaces cause we can avoid high pressure. Soft washing is very effective in removal of organic pollution like algae or lichen, it kills microorganisms causing the problem and it prevents them from regrowing. It gives long lasting effects protecting buildings for few years after cleaning. Buildings which we cleaned over 2 years ago are still in top shape, walls are clean with no signs of pollution. Most of buildings require another treatment after about 3 years from application. Soft wahing and power washing have their cons and pros. Soft washing is gentle for surfaces and gives long lasting results but results needs time, sometimes few months and several applications in extreme cases therefore we combine it with power washing to get rid of thick layers of moss where necessary and provide quick and efficient service.
